Welcome to Our Happy Place, a brand new soundside home in Kill Devil Hills.

Located in the handsome and serene community of Water Oak, guests will feel right at home in this comfortable, newly-constructed vacation hideaway.

Guests will savor preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a enormous island, and quartz countertops. Seamlessly connecting to the dining room adorned with a trey ceiling, this kitchen sets the stage for effortless entertaining. Beyond lies the living area, offering ample space for unwinding, while glass sliding doors beckon you to the rear patio and calming private pool area.

The king en suite offers ample natural light, a generous walk-in closet, and a opulent bathroom featuring a tile shower and a dual sink vanity. Two more cavernous bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The family will appreciate amenities such as the community pier on Kitty Hawk Bay along with painless access to miles of scenery on the multi-use path. Our Happy Place is conveniently located close to eateries, shopping, and family-friendly activities, including Lost Treasure Golf, the Wright Brothers Memorial, the splash pad and playground at Meekins Park, two grocery stores, Duck Donuts, Max’s Italian Restaurant, Goombay’s, and so much more.

Linens are not supplied, but can be rented for an additional fee.

The private pool is open from May 1st-October 15th, 2025. Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week.
