This waterfront haven offers a thoughtfully designed layout that utilizes a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the amazing sound vistas and gorgeous sunsets. Quality finishes and upgrades throughout include wood floors and coastal-inspired plantation shutters. The open-concept great room provides direct access to the sun deck for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Back inside, get dinner started in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A comfortable den off the great room provides a peaceful getaway while still being close to family and friends. Three cavernous bedrooms each have access to an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy for everybody in your group.

Colington Pointe is a appealing soundfront community designed for life on the water. Guests have access to a community pool, boat ramp, canals, and a waterfront boardwalk. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a seven-min. drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath home and plenty of complimentary parking.
