Colington Pointe is a appealing soundfront community designed for life on the water. Guests have access to a community pool, boat ramp, canals, and a waterfront boardwalk. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a seven-min. drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath home and plenty of complimentary parking. On your way home, stop for dinner at The Colington Cafe or pick up the fresh catch of the day from Billy's Seafood Market.
