Designed to impress, this pet-friendly, sumptuous home with private heated pool offers chic furnishings, an elevator, twelve opulent suites with private baths (all with flat screen TVs) and exceptional entertainment options on each level. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, the heart of the Outer Banks, guests have painless access to historic landmarks, national parks, family adventures, and a multitude of dining and shopping opportunities.

Let yourself be at ease in a handsome landscaped outdoor area filled with amenities to savor throughout your stay. Parlor in the cabana and sip your drink by the bespoke 28x14 pool as the little ones play in the inset kiddie pool. Plentiful outdoor furnishings accepts for calming under the warm sun. Allow yourself to relax in the calming hot tub and on the rooftop deck for the pristine beach vistas and sunbathing. Trips to and from the beach are a breeze using the private beach walkway with dune-top deck to overlook beach activities. Spruce up in the outdoor shower after a long day in the sun and sand.

As you enter the first level, you will find a well-equipped rec room which includes a pool table, foosball table, plush couch seating, and mounted flat screen TV. A kitchenette and bar area are equipped with a sink, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and bar seating. An modren, private 13-seat theater room with tiered seating, and a high-end projection screen and surround sound system provides the ideal setting for any Hollywood blockbuster! A half bathroom can also be found on this level. Also on the first level, you will find three extravagant King En Suites (one with Jacuzzi tub, mini refrigerator, sitting area and two-sided seasonal gas fireplace) and two kid-friendly suites with private baths that are each furnished with two Twin Pyramid Bunk sets.

Walk up to the second level where you will find six King En Suites, each with a flat-screen TV. Two of these suites provide a sitting area, a two-sided seasonal gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and mini refrigerator. One of the King En Suites is oceanfront with direct access to the covered deck. A laundry room is centrally located. An oceanfront sports bar on the second level is furnished with cushy reclining chairs, three mounted flat screen TVs and a bar equipped with a full refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating. The sports bar also has direct access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool area.

As you travel up to the third level of this palatial home, you will be greeted by vaulted ceilings, columns, ceramic tile and alluring furnishings that are sure to put your mind at ease. Stunning expansive ocean vistas are center stage with the wall-to-wall windows. One sitting area offers couch seating and water vistas, and a second sitting area features couches arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and flat screen TV. A central bar is equipped with a sink, wine cooler, ice maker, mounted flat screen TV and bar seating. A table for six is ideal for card games or drinks and snacks. Two dining areas each provide a table for formal meals. The high-end gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and features an abundance of space with its granite countertops. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including two 48" fridges, two dishwashers, double ovens, two microwaves, two cooktops and bar seating for casual dining. A half bathroom is available to those in the living room. Throw open the doors in the living room and walk out to a furnished sun deck that offers spectacular ocean vistas, sunrises over the Atlantic, and charming sea breezes. A grandiose King En Suite completes the top floor and has a private balcony, two-sided seasonal fireplace, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and a Jacuzzi tub.

**Royal Palace is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $135 is waived for this property. Family Animals stay complimentary!**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**
