Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is ideal for long or short stays! Pina Colada offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best bars, eateries, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!

Pina Colada is ready to provide you with an striking vacation. The open concept living space is on the second level. This includes the living area, kitchen with bar seating, and a dining area. A covered deck accepts for an opportunity to savor the sounds of nature while sipping on your morning coffee. On the third level, there are two sleeping options each with a private bathroom - a King En Suite and a Queen En Suite. Venture up to the fourth level where those here will feel like they are in their private hideaway with a 2 Queen Bedroom En Suite all to themselves. On the first level, kids of all ages will appreciate the additional living room with seating, a tv, and even an arcade game. Head outside to the patio to enjoy a calming nighttime in the hot tub while you stare at the pretty Outer Banks sky. Take advantage of the garage for parking or to set your beach gear to keep it ready for the next day.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this marvelous resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Guests can discover the area and close by attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and simple day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Pina Colada is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
