This fashionable getaway is located on a nice, peaceful street and the neighborhood is ideal for riding bicycles and taking walks. The location is ideal with a beach access, shopping and dining within walking distance. This comfortable bungalow also has a fenced-in backyard for your fur babies to savor!
Kick back and relax on the deck hammock swing, or appreciate sunbathing on the upper lookout deck with partial ocean vistas! The huge screened porch with a picnic table is a great place to enjoy family meals in the evening.
This marvelous home offers one-level living including 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a 3rd bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin/full combo). The primary bedroom has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. There is also a full hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has modern appliances as well as a breakfast bar with 3 barstools and a dining table with seating for 5. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen. The great room has a flat-screen TV/DVD, plenty of cozy seating for everybody, and access to the main deck! All bedrooms have TVs!
On the ground level, guests will enjoy the enormous storage room for beach equipment, a screened porch with a picnic table, an enclosed outside shower, a charcoal grille, and the fenced-in yard which is great for your family dog!
