Whether you're interested in history, outdoor adventure, or simply calming by the beach, Kill Devil Hills offers something for everybody to savor!

Step inside this pretty home away from home and discover a welcoming open floor plan inviting you to relax and create everlasting memories with your appreciated ones. Spread out comfortably in the living room, equipped with comfortable couches, many board games and books, and a giant TV with cable. Whip up charming homemade treats and meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. One of the highlights of this property is the balcony where you can relax and soak in the gorgeous surroundings. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or appreciating a glass of wine at sunset, the balcony provides a ideal spot to relax and appreciate the fresh air. All three bedrooms can be found on this level as well. Head downstairs and find a private office/den space with a comfortable sectional, a humongous TV, a working desk, a microwave, and a mini-refrigerator. Additional perks include an enclosed outdoor shower and a washer/dryer.
