You'll have a great time at this newly remodeled, comfortable oceanfront bungalow! Centrally located on the "Beach Road,"Route 12, that runs along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Simple to access all that OBX has to offer! Walk to eateries, Avalon Pier, coffee shop, & other local stores! Sit on the beachfront deck and soak up the salty air! Take a couple steps off the porch & you are in the sand on your own private dune that leads down to the Kill Devil Hills Beach! Ideal for work or play!
The space
From the driveway, park next to one flight of stairs that takes you up to the porch facing the ocean and beach. As you enter thru the glass door you lead into open concept living, dining, and entirely supplied kitchen. Windows wrap around the home providing superb vistas of ocean and beach from all areas of kitchen, living and dining areas. Grand pantry off the hallway to accommodate all of your goodies! Take the hallway down to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. At the back of the home are two king bedrooms. The southern side bedroom has a half-bath ensuite. Both king bedrooms have desks for those that may need a space to work OR to use as a space to get ready for the day! Vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout! Under the home is a washer and dryer for your use during your stay!
