Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this two bedroom townhome ensures that you'll never have to look far to find local attractions, places to eat or even just put your toes in the sand. Casita Miramar is part of the Ocean Breeze community, a freshly-constructed townhome complex with modern amenities and all of the conveniences of home to ensure a calming vacation on the Outer Banks.
Inside the home, you'll find an open and airy living area with plenty of space to spread out all while still being close enough to never miss out on any of the memories being made. Savor your meals at the kitchen island or at the sizable dining table, ideal for family meals as you relive the days events. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
