It is the only condo at Seven C's that features an oceanfront master bedroom, accepting you to wake up to the gorgeous beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.

The modern kitchen has been refreshed for 2025 with new countertops, a deep double kitchen sink, and new tile backsplash with freshly painted cabinets, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, is the heart of this condo. It includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, as well as a enormous dining table for the entire family to gather and appreciate meals together.
