"Sounds Good to Me" Affordable two-bedroom soundside condo in Oyster Pointe, located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! The Wright Brothers Memorial is a walk or bicycle ride away through this well-maintained neighborhood with paths throughout. Cross the bypass at the First Street light to painless public beach access. Publix supermarket is also right down the street as well as eateries like Mako Mikes, Max's Pizza, Goombay's Raw Bar and Grille, and many more.
This condo has been newly remodeled with all new furnishings, floor, and including a well-equipped elegantly done kitchen! You will find seating for 4 at the kitchen table, with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room offers a full-size couch and appreciate seat, with a 55" flat screen intelligent TV. The King bedroom is a master with a intelligent TV and a book library for those rainy days. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. You will also be happy to find seating on the back deck for 4, with vistas of the canal.
