The Wright Brothers Memorial is a walk or bicycle ride away through this well-maintained neighborhood with paths throughout. Cross the bypass at the First Street light to simple public beach access. This condo has been newly modernized with all new furnishings, floor, and including a well-equipped gorgeously done kitchen!
