"Max's Sandcastle" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with an unobstructed view of the ocean. No other homes, condos, or pools interfere with your enjoyment of watching the seagulls, pelicans, and dolphins. The front porch has a bar-height table, chairs, and stools which is a ideal place to appreciate your coffee, drinks, wine, or dinner while overlooking the ocean. A Keurig coffee maker is supplied for your convenience. The interior has been redecorated to reflect the owner’s style of decor. The king-size bedroom features a wall-mount flat-screen TV and the comfortable queen sleeper couch in the living area conveniently sleeps two adults or kids. The bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom and hallway. There is a modest closet in between the bathroom and bedroom providing ample storage and a stackable washer/dryer is located in the bathroom. One feature of the condos here is that all of them can be accessed from a central enclosed hall. Since parking is covered and near two elevators, you don't have to worry about carrying your bags or groceries through the rain or other bad weather. WiFi supplied.
