This elegant home is attractively located in central Kill Devil Hills, directly near favorite OBX sights and attractions - eateries, stores and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Close to the Asheville Street public beach access, this home welcomes events, weddings, corporate retreats and family get-togethers.

Exclusive amenities such as an elevator, theater room, lounge areas, open-air spaces and a one-of-a-kind outdoor entertainment area blend seamlessly with high-end designer furnishings to create an ambiance of carefree living, unhurried fun and total comfort and relaxation.

With 16 bedrooms, 16 full and 2 partial baths, the home can comfortably accommodate an extended family reunion, corporate retreats, or ultimate friends hideaway. Multiple gathering areas on each level of Magnolia Cay are centered around varied entertainment options. These areas provide the ideal backdrop for laughter, friendship and perhaps some good-natured competition.

The exterior pool deck features a 16 x 36 bespoke heated pool. Soak your cares away in one of the two 8-person hot tubs. Savor the warm ocean breeze and salted air on the pool deck. Other exterior amenities include outdoor showers, sauna, picnic area and gas grille. A private boardwalk leads you to a deck overlooking the dunes and beyond to the great Atlantic.

The first level features a theater room. Catch the latest blockbuster or an old favorite here. It is also home to lounge areas such as a wet bar and game area with pool table. In addition, the first level contains 1 King En Suite, 1 Queen En Suite, an En Suite with two full/twin trundle beds and an additional En Suite single bunk room with another full/twin bunk bed.

On the second level, there is a comfortable den space leading to the outdoor deck area. Appreciate the wet bar on this level for your favorite libations. In addition to those fun places, the second level also features the majority of the sleeping arrangements. This level includes 4 King En Suites, 1 Queen En Suite, 1 Full/Twin Bunk with Trundle, and one room with a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. These last-named rooms have a semi-private bathroom.

The third level brings the outdoors in with an ocean air great room. You will also find a covered deck and lounge here. This level is what some would call the heart of the home with the grandiose kitchen, dining room and vaulted great room. Undoubtedly, this will be the scene for many special memories made between family and friends. This level also features 4 King En Suites.

Take a moment. Stand on the oceanfront pool deck and feel the warm sun on your face, the salt air misting through your hair and the warm breeze floating over your skin. You have arrived at charming Magnolia Cay.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
