With 16 bedrooms and plenty of common areas among the four levels, there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Outfitted with soundproof interior walls and floors throughout to reduce noise. The most desired amenities and a prime oceanfront location in Kill Devil Hills at Milepost 9.5 merge at this chic vacation home. Feel the luxury of "Grande Paradise" and return home with striking vacation memories!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a enormous private pool and outdoor space that is entirely equipped for days of fun in the sun. The private pool offers a waterfall feature and multiple seating options around the pool. The poolside cabana features bar seating, an outdoor dining table, TV, full bathroom, and wet bar with sink and mini refrigerator. There's also 2 Hot Tubs, one at each end of the pool. From the pool, there is a lighted private beach walkway with roomy dune deck and outdoor shower and foot wash to rinse off the sand before returning to the pool. Inside you'll find an elevator to assist with groceries and bags. Den with a TV and modest game table. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee and laundry with 3 front-load washers and dryers. 5 King Master Bedrooms all with TV and private bathrooms (3 with deck or patio access), Master Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, TV, private bathroom and patio access and a Master Bedroom with 2 Full/ Full Bunk Sets, TV and a private bathroom.

Level 2: Movie nighttime is a cinema-like experience in the home theater room featuring comfortable tiered seating for 12 with projection screen and DVD. The rec room offers a pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, sitting area, a card table and 3 TVs. Cold drinks and snacks just a few steps away at the kitchenette with sink, full refrigerator, complimentary-standing ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and bar seating for 5. Outside you'll find a cavernous covered oceanside deck with cabana bar that accepts the fun to continue outside. The cabana bar offers seating overlooking the pool, wet bar with sink, fan and TV and a full bathroom. 4 King Master Bedrooms each with TV and private bathrooms (2 with deck access) and a Master Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk Set, Trundle, TV and private bathroom.

Level 3: Great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with the ocean as the enchanting backdrop for this grandiose space. Offering 2 adjacent living areas, one with a TV, gas fireplace and an office nook. Gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream offering 2 sinks, 2 5-burner cooktops, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker, double wall ovens and plenty of prep space on the granite counter tops. Bar-style kitchen counter top seating for 5 is ideal for a fast breakfast before heading out for the day. The dining area includes three huge dining tables seating 32 so everybody can eat together. Additional living and dining space can be found on the deck which features plenty of seating and an outdoor table seating 6 and chairs for al-fresco dining. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Advance Reservations in this property for a future year more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Once we receive 2026 prices, reserve any available 2026 week and pay 25% within 3 days, 25% by November 1 and the remainder 60 days prior to arrival.
