This 1200 sq ft ocean view condo located at Coastal Retreat which is centrally located at Milepost 10 near all area attractions, eateries, and activities. There is an outside dumb waiter to help lift your bags and groceries up to the third floor. Stunning ocean vistas from every room and balcony; direct beach access; entirely supplied owners closet that you can access with every piece of beach equipment imaginable.

Condo features one of the local’s favorite eateries – Kill Devil Grille next door, and also a short walking distance is a great breakfast spot, Miller's Restaurant. Conveniences include: 4 enormous Samsung TVs, VCR/DVD combo, stereo w/CD, ceiling fans, and covered deck. Private enclosed outside shower and storage area included. Head to the top-floor to access the home’s main living area. Cozy open floor plan with oceanview balcony. Unwind during your downtime and watch your favorite shows on the TV or relax on the balcony. All the bedrooms have huge TVs and great top-floor vistas.

The living room flows into the bright, completely-equipped kitchen. Bar seating at the countertop helps you share lively conversation with your travel companions as you whip up tasty, home-cooked goods and serve them to the dining area (seats 6 + 3 at the bar).

As the sun rises, walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Swim, surf, lay out under the sun and walk along the coast while collecting shells and sea-glass.

Next you can visit one of the local attractions close by and then walk to one of the local-favorite eateries close by.

Return home after your adventures and drift off to sleep in one of the home’s TV-equipped bedrooms. The Master (king) has gorgeous ocean vistas and an elegant place to watch the goings on at the beach. The second king is on the peaceful back side of the unit with a great view of the Wright Brother National Monument. The kids room features a combo bunk bed with a twin up top and a full bed below.
