Welcome to the Summer Winds! Locally owned and managed painless, clean home 10 min. walk from Kill Devil Hills Beach. Avalon pier close by. We will accept modest or medium sized dogs pending approval and additional non-returnable security deposit. The home is fenced in. Recently refreshed with appliances, floor and paint. Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach cart, Corn Hole, Tiki Toss, Sand Toys, Porch swing under home, Hammock - All available for your use. Sweet screened porch for morning coffee. Close to Target, Food Lion, Movie theatre, Lots of eateries and coffee stores. Outdoor Shower, picnic table, grille, washer and dryer. Take a bicycle ride along Bay Drive to see SPECTACULAR sunsets. There is a park and public launch just mins. away to put your paddle board or kayak in the sound. Full Kitchen with dishwasher and modest oven. Note this property is located on the west side of Croatan Highway.
