Tres Bien is oceanfront on the 3rd level on the north corner of this fresh condo community. This 'flat' has 3 bedrooms (2 King bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a duo bunk) and 3 baths. The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless appliances and is well-supplied for the prepare in the group! The dining table seats six and the kitchen bar will seat three. The sizable oceanfront deck has an charming view of the ocean! Conveniences at the handsome Croatan Surf Club include an outdoor pool area with a spa, a spray ground for the kids, an indoor heated pool and spa, and an exercise room. A private walkway to the beach makes the ocean access so painless. Savor calming on the oceanfront gazebo appreciating the morning coffee or afternoon drink of your choice. Covered parking, 3 elevators. Washer/dryer. TVs in all bedrooms. WIFI. No Smoking. No Animals.
