Welcome to The Wright View, a brand new luxury condo conveniently located across the street from the beach, in the heart of Kill Devil Hills!

This charming Outer Banks vacation rental is located at Milepost 9, near the Wright Brothers National Memorial, as well as shopping and local dining. Painless beach access can be found via Clark Street, roughly 0.1 mile away, ideal for appreciating long, calming days relaxing on the beach!

Conveniences at the Wright View include a private elevator to all levels, a private hot tub, an electric car charging station, and a rooftop deck with elegant 360-degree vistas, including the ocean and the Wright Brothers Memorial! Plan to spend time fishing, swimming, kayaking or just relaxing on the rooftop deck reading a book.

The roomy top level living area offers all-new furnishings and a huge TV, ideal for family movie nighttime. A dining area for 6 transitions into a well-appointed open luxury bespoke kitchen, boasting top-of-the-line appliances, 2 dishwashers, an island with additional seating, a wine refrigerator, a pantry for additional storage, and a convenient powder room. With an open layout, top level great room offers plenty of space for the whole family. Carry the fun outside to one of the 2 covered outdoor sitting areas, or head up to your own private rooftop deck, complete with a bespoke 6-person surfboard dining table and 2 loungers, to savor a cool drink and warm sea breezes while taking in the ocean and sunset vistas! Adult supervision is required for any kids on the rooftop, please.

On the mid level, The Wright View offers a king en suite with a slider to the front deck, as well as a tiled shower and a double vanity. A additional room with front deck access and a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle, as well as the laundry room, round out this level.

Another en suite can be found on the lower level, offering a queen bed, a slider to the covered front deck, a tiled shower, and a double vanity. The final bedroom features a bunk bed with a trundle and front covered deck access. Don’t forget the family dog, as The Wright View is pet-friendly! Per Ocean Breeze HOA guidelines, there is a 40 lb limit and breed restrictions. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
