Located in the Devonshire Place neighborhood in the Bermuda Bay Community of Kill Devil Hills, you'll find this bright and cheerful home waiting for you. Plus being in the Bermuda Bay community, this home has some exclusive amenities to keep you and your family busy.
On the first level, there is the entirely equipped kitchen, the living area ideal for calming, a chic dining area and a half bathroom. There is also a sliding glass door that leads outside to the completely fenced-in yard.
Up on the second level is where the three bedrooms are with gorgeous furnishings. The first bedroom is a Queen En Suite with a handsome tiled walk-in shower and a private balcony. Down the hall are two Queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
