On the first level, there is the completely equipped kitchen, the living area ideal for calming, a chic dining area and a half bathroom. There is also a sliding glass door that leads outside to the entirely fenced-in yard.
Up on the second level is where the three bedrooms are with impressive furnishings. The first bedroom is a Queen En Suite with a elegant tiled walk-in shower and a private balcony. Down the hall are two Queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19.
