Located in the Devonshire Place neighborhood in the Bermuda Bay Community of Kill Devil Hills, you'll find this bright and cheerful home waiting for you. Plus being in the Bermuda Bay community, this home has some exclusive amenities to keep you and your family busy.
On the first level, there is the completely equipped kitchen, the living area ideal for calming, a modren dining area and a half bathroom. There is also a sliding glass door that leads outside to the entirely fenced-in yard.
Up on the second level is where the three bedrooms are with striking furnishings. The first bedroom is a Queen En Suite with a handsome tiled walk-in shower and a private balcony. Down the hall are two Queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
