'Shore Ting' is gorgeously furnished and comfortable making you feel right at home in total serenity! The bungalow is meticulously maintained and cared for by it's owners. Outdoor furnishings is included. There is plenty of room in the double driveway for 3 cars and a boat/trailer.

You will have a short walk to the Hayman Street park or appreciate the walking/cycling trail on Bay Drive with a boat ramp on Dock Street to view the spectacular sunsets at the pavilion! For the boaters, the ramp is less than 3 mins. away and there is ample storage for your boat and trailer in the driveway. For the beach-goers, it is a 4 min. drive, or 13 min. walk, to the Avalon Pier (with parking!) to savor the surf and sand!!

2nd Floor has two bedrooms, one Master Suite (Queen Bed) with a sizable shower and the other Queen Bedroom has a soaker tub/shower with a pocket door connecting the hall bathroom to the bedroom. There is a nice huge great room, dining area and kitchen, with washer and dryer in the hallway. Living area includes a sleeper couch with a Queen Mattress.

The 1st floor has a living/dining area with a kitchenette (no stove) and Master (King) bedroom with a nice enormous bathroom and a stack washer/dryer.

Central air/heat, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, (5) TVs, Bluetooth Speaker, deck furnishings, charcoal grille, and outside shower. Located at Mile Marker 5.7.

Walk the beach early in the morning to find elegant sea shells or sea glass. Come sit, read a book, sunbathe, or enjoy a meal on our cavernous and cozy deck.

The Kitchen has plenty of cabinets with quartz counter tops and has all the modern amenities of home with a sealed top range, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator. There are plenty of cooking silverware and silverware (crockpot, blender, coffee pot, etc).

Awful Arthurs is a great local restaurant and bar near the Avalon Fishing Pier, a short bicycle ride away. Chili Peppers is also a great spot for locals and visitors. Outlet shopping located only miles from home. Don't forget to be at the docks of Oregon Inlet at 4:00 to watch the charter fleet come in with their fresh catch of the day. During the month of May/June/July they are usually bringing in tuna, dolphin, and wahoo! Book a trip early for your family of fishermen!!

Make your plans to stay in this sound-side getaway. 'Shore Ting' is the ideal venue for rest and relaxation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and located only a couple of mins. from shopping, first-class eateries, fishing and entertainment. This is a great location for your next summer vacation!

Please bring soaps, paper products, trash bags, and toiletries. We supply bed top covers, pillows, bed sheets, and bath towels. **Bicycle Units can be supplied upon request. A variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested. Home is not ADA Compliant - No Elevator. Stairs inside the home as well as on the exterior. Security camera on the exterior of the home (no audio) for protection.
