Located just south of the iconic Avalon Pier in Kill Devil Hills, you have direct and painless access to this sought after beach zone that locals cherish for its amazing fishing, surfing, sandbars, waves and calming. The smaller home sizes in this section keep density levels low and beaches less busy. Savor the eclectic nightlife and people watching at the Pier, shopping at close by Target/Starbucks, Jolly Roger for breakfast and Awful Arthurs for seafood and drinks, and all within walking or short cycling distance. Unwind on the wood decks, ideal for soaking up the sun and appreciating ocean breezes. This is a single family home that has its own beach access directly out the back door. There are many properties on Vacation Rental By Owner that are actually condo so be aware. Our home is one of the bigger 3 bedrooms available.

We purchased this home in 2019. Prior Vacation Rental By Owner listing for this home is 584738 with years of great reviews! In 2019-2024 we have made many, many repairs/upgrades to the home, All rooms have been repainted. Luxury vinyl plank floor installed in all bedrooms. HVAC/HW heater and roof were all replaced. 2 new sets of bunkbeds installed. New couches added to the great room. The master bathroom has been completely gutted and redone and has a walk in shower. A high top table has been added to the top deck to appreciate meals as well as 4 new polywood bar height chairs to take in the view.

Updated kitchen and great room. Upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops. Ceramic tile in kitchen and half bath upstairs. Wood floors in great room. Luxury vinyl floor in all bedrooms. Full sized washer and dryer. Outside deck. Charcoal grille. Outside shower!!! Path to oceanfront is accessed from lower deck. Driveway has ample parking for upto 6 cars and parking for one car under home. Walk to Avalon Pier for food, drinks and arcade fun. Ground floor storage room to store all beach equipment.
