Private Soundfront dock (Boat and Boat lift not for guest use), outside shower with utility sink and a sizable yard with a charcoal grille and fire pit with seating area. Inside you'll find a garage with a full-size refrigerator, half bath and ELEVATOR access to all levels.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private screened porch access with sound vistas that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Boat and boat lift will not be available for guest use.

Colington Harbour: Located in the peaceful, secluded island community of Colington Harbour, you'll appreciate the striking vistas and ample opportunities for crabbing, fishing, kayaking and other watersports. Even though you are located about 15 mins. from the main Outer Banks area, you're still close to magnificant local eateries.
