Your family will appreciate this Soundfront home in the peaceful community of Colington Harbour! Just a short drive to the lifeguarded and handicap accessible Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access with parking lot and bathhouse!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a Private Pool with a poolside bar that includes a TV and seating for 4. Private Soundfront dock (Boat and Boat lift not for guest use), outside shower with utility sink and a huge yard with a charcoal grille and fire pit with seating area. Inside you'll find a garage with a full-size refrigerator, half bath and ELEVATOR access to all levels.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private screened porch access with sound vistas that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 2. Dining area seating 4, half bath and King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, sound vistas and private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Boat and boat lift will not be available for guest use.

Colington Harbour: Located in the peaceful, secluded island community of Colington Harbour, you'll appreciate the striking vistas and ample opportunities for crabbing, fishing, kayaking and other watersports. Even though you are located about 15 mins. from the main Outer Banks area, you're still close to splendid local eateries. Colington Pizza offers some of the tastiest pizza in the area and as a additional, they deliver right to the Harbour! For a fine dining experience when celebrating a big event, try Colington Café. The Salt Box Café is the ideal place for Sunday brunch to kick off your vacation week.
