Always Sunny features a private 8x20 indoor pool that will add countless hours of entertainment throughout your stay. Come appreciate the pool year-round - there will be tons of smiles and laughter as everybody splashes and plays at any time of the day!
Unwind by day or stargaze by nighttime in the private hot tub on the back patio.
Always Sunny offers 3 separate levels, intended for distinctly different levels of entertainment, privacy, or relaxation!
The ground level was constructed for fun. The indoor pool and adjoining patio hot tub area are the headliners but, you will also be treated to a rec room with a pool table, wet bar, full-sized refrigerator, cabana bath, and flat-screen TV ideal for a competitive game of billiards while watching your favorite sports team.
The mid level is where you will find all 4 of Always Sunny’s bedrooms, featuring 2 en suites with king and queen beds, respectively, as well as a queen and duo bunk set room with a pull-out trundle that shares a full hall bath, the sleeping quarters would best be described as versatile. Additionally, each bedroom is outfitted with its own flat-screen TV with cable so you can savor your own show in privacy when it’s time to wind down.
For family gatherings, relax in the comfortable top level great room, equipped with a 75” flat screen LCD TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and surround sound. The family chef will appreciate the open and cavernous kitchen for preparing great meals, and the dining table will seat up to 10, accepting additional space for the entire family.
Always Sunny is ideally located for active families with simple access to lifeguarded beach accesses (in-season), shopping, eateries, a movie theater, and other family-friendly activities.
Pool heat is available for $200 and reaches a max temp of 80 degrees. Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Appreciate complimentary bed and bath linens on all weekly reservations.
Always Sunny is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop.
