Once you step inside this bright and beachy home, you will be welcomed with coastal décor and cathedral ceilings in the great room. A dining area for six transitions into a cozy living area, while the well-equipped kitchen features refreshed appliances and countertops. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths round out the interior at Champagne Shores.

Outside, the enormous wraparound deck is where you will want to spend your mornings sipping coffee. Downstairs, a patio with seating and a fire pit provides a space to gather and reminisce on the day’s activities. Savor a game of ping pong in the covered area underneath the home, or soak in the hot tub and relax after a long day of fun in the sun! Rinse the day off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to plan tomorrow’s adventures.

The whole family will appreciate the sizable soundfront community pool and the soundfront beach, playground, and picnic area. There is also a community boat ramp, a tennis court, and a basketball court, ensuring there is always plenty to do while staying at Champagne Shores!

The handsome beaches of Kill Devil Hills are just a short drive away (roughly 4.4 miles) from Champagne Shores. There are also many eateries close by, including Harbor Grille and Pizza (1 mile), The Saltbox Café (2.1 miles), and Colington Café (3.1 miles).
