With vaulted ceilings and a neutral color palette, the open-concept great room is a bright and exhilarating space for spending time with family and friends. The living area leads out to a porch overlooking the newly sodded yard. Back inside, get dinner started in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The island provides plenty of prep space and bar seating for breakfast or casual meals. Ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach, LVP floor runs throughout the home, even in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bath with dual vanities and a striking bespoke shower. A second bedroom and a full hall bath will comfortably accommodate family or friends. Downstairs, a third bedroom and full bath is located on the lower level, ideal for guests looking for more separation and privacy. There's also a generously sized additional room that can be used as a second living area or a hangout space for the kids. It's equipped with a wet bar and mini refrigerator for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.

Centrally located at milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills, Mason's Beach House Getaway is close to shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities including mini-golf and a movie theater. Ride bicycles to the beach or Avalon Fishing Pier, just half a mile away. Guests can use the close by community sound access for launching kayaks and SUP's. In the evenings, take your four-legged companion for a walk down the multi-use path along Bay Drive, where you can admire gorgeous sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay.

Can’t stay an entire week? Mason's Beach House Getaway is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. In-season partial week stays (three-nighttime minimum) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
