Ocean Breeze 102 is a fresh and modern townhome located in the highly sought after Ocean Breeze Community in Kill Devil Hills. This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers the ideal blend of comfort and coastal living. With refreshed amenities and a semi-oceanfront location, this charming home is just a short walk from the beach and close to local shopping and eateries.

Inside the home, you're greeted with updated furnishings and decor to make you feel right at home. The open-concept living area is bright and cavernous and features a huge living room, dining area and kitchen that act as the ideal location for family memories to be made. The outside sundeck offers glimpses of the ocean and close by attractions. It is the ideal spot to relax after a long day or savor a cup of coffee in the morning! Exploring the OBX: While in town, don't miss out on the opportunity to visit some of the historic sites that the Outer Banks is known for! Spend the day over on Roanoke Island where you can watch the outdoor drama "The Lost Colony" to learn about the mysterious disappearance of the colonists. Or head over to visit the spot where Orville and Wilbur Wright achieved the first powered, controlled, and sustained airplane flight at the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills.

Beach Access: Head south along NC12 to the Clark Street Beach Access. Access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers, a wooden walkway and lifeguard (Summer months only).

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
