Seawalk Retreat - Savor beautiful expansive vistas and unmatched beach access at Seawalk Retreat where your backyard is really the ocean! This pretty hideaway is the biggest 2-bedroom condo (1218 sq/ft) in this condominium complex, located near the oceanfront border of Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. A very short walk off of the deck leads you on the wooden path to the ocean. This home has spectacular ocean vistas adored from your covered deck, living room, dining room and kitchen. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony accessed directly from the living room. If the ocean surf gets a bit rough, this complex has a freshly modernized community pool where you can work on your tan as the kids play. When the sun goes down you can once again kick back and relax on your private deck appreciating the calming starlit sky.
This roomy, well-maintained getaway includes 2 enormous bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a main living room equipped with a flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The dining area comfortably seats eight and the kitchen is entirely equipped. The attractively decorated interior includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed on the main/upper level along with a second bedroom on the entry level with 3 twin beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with flat screen T.V.s and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have been completely refreshed.
There are roughly 9 outside steps to enter the condo, then 8 stairs to a platform followed by 6 more stairs to the main living space. As the case with most places in the Outer Banks, there are no elevators. Once in the condo, access to the covered deck and beach walkway is directly from the living room sliding door.
For your safety and convenience the condo is equipped with keyless entry.
This condo is located in walking distance of cozy stores, delicious eateries, convenient drug stores and quality grocery stores.
Community, coin-operated laundry services are located on the premises.
Please note this home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. Beds are made prior to your arrival!
Community pool dates for 2023 are May 20 through October 8. Pool hours are generally 9AM to Dusk. There is no life guard on duty and the door requires a code for entry.
The property is available for weekly units May through September. Checkin-Checkout days are Sunday. January, February, October, November and December are three nighttime minimum units.

About the Area
Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is on the beach. OBX Laser Tag and Destination Fun are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
