Imagine waking up every morning and looking out your window at the ocean. The Beach access is directly next door for your convenience! Come in from a hot day on the beach and jump into the private heated pool and relax in the hot tub. When you are finished, wash off in the outside shower.
Off the pool deck level, you will find a lounge area that includes a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and a table for four. On this level is also the media room, two pyramid bunkbed/bunkbed rooms and a full bathroom. The media room is there for you to savor a good movie or listen to some music. Appreciate a game of pool or ping pong in the recreation room in the garage.
On the second level, you will find five bedrooms, all with King sized beds. Two of the King Bedrooms include a private bathroom and deck access. Wake up and head outside to appreciate the gorgeous Outer Banks weather right from your room!
Up top on the third level, not only will you enjoy the view from the windows covering the wall, but you will find a living area with deck access, a dining room for 10, a kitchen area with island seating for 8, a breakfast nook that has a 4 person table and deck access, and a half bath. For the ones in the group who might stay up later than everybody else, there is also a King Bedroom with a private bath.
This is a ideal beach rental. Right on the ocean, plenty of room and amenities that will sure make for a great vacation! It is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills near great eateries, shopping and the Wright Brothers Memorial!
Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pool will open on March 29th and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

About the Area
Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
