Appreciate discovering the pristine OBX from this centrally located bungalow in the heart of KDH. You will be mins. from the beach, Nags Head Woods, Jockeys Ridge, award winning eateries, specialty stores, surf stores, ice cream, parks, spectacular sunset spots, & other fashionable destinations. The bungalow is a detached dwelling located in a welcoming neighborhood.
The space

Paradise Cottage is a striking bungalow surrounded by excellent pines, hugged by ivy, adorned with seasonal flowers, & flooded with dappled sunlight a mile from the beach. It is the ideal space to escape, relax, discover, and savor island time. You will have access to a cavernous & private fenced in yard. The outdoor space includes a picnic table for morning coffee or a charming dinner, two hammocks for calming in after a day at the beach, chairs for chatting, a hose to rinse off your sandy toes, & relaxing outdoor lighting. Free off street parking is directly in front of the could in the designated mulched area. A step stone path, on the left, will lead you through a tall gate to the main entrance to the bungalow. The secondary entrance is on the right side. This side of the bungalow is connected to *our home* with decking.

Paradise Cottage has been freshly modernized for guests. It is clean, inviting, open, and airy studio bungalow! The indoor space includes the following:

*43-inch Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, & other complimentary channels

*A plush king size bed
*A comfortable queen couch bed
*Dressers & space to hang clothes (pull out the white rectangle by the main entrance to hang clothes)
*A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap. There is no tub in the bungalow. An inflatable bath tub can be included for modest kids.
*A kitchenette* with a full-size sink, a Keurig machine, a toaster, a modest refrigerator, a microwave, glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, basic cooking silverware, knives, dish soap, a scrubby, hand towels, a drying rack, & a fire extinguisher. The kitchenette does not include a ***STOVE***.The bungalow does include a single burner with pots and pans.

The neighborhood is centrally located in the heart of KDH! Getting around town is extremely painless from this location. We are in a peaceful neighborhood, but close to all the action. Route 158 is 0.6 miles away. Several locations may be reached by traveling through Nags Head Woods and the neighborhood.

Free off street parking is available directly in front of the bungalow on the mulched area directly in front of the bungalow.
It is a 15/20 simple walk to the beach.
It is an easy 7/15 min. bicycle ride to the beach.
It is an easy 5 min. drive to various complimentary public beach parking.
It is a please to share our bungalow with you & help you make the most of your time while on the OBX. We live right next door and will be available by text or through e-mail. We are a busy family that will be coming and going during your stay. We will respect your privacy by all means. I do teach a preschool class some mornings on the other side of our double lot. This is completely removed from your space.
There are family pets that live on the property. Sweet senior labs that you may hear upon arrival. They will always be separated from your space. We also have one cat. Kitty is our 4 year old cat. She is affectionate, but mostly keeps to herself.
We are a pet complimentary bungalow due to the other animals that live in close proximity to the bungalow. I want to ensure a good fit and a marvelous vacation for all. * the fire pit is unavailable*

Seaside Art Gallery and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head.
