As you pull into the Cambridge Cove neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a awesome first impression of your Outer Banks vacation home.

This community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

This splendid 3 story townhome will be an instant hit with the entire group for the privacy it offers all of you. Both Queen bedrooms include their own private bath. You also can appreciate a true rarity on the Outer Banks - your own private garage! In addition, both En Suites, as well as the living area, include gorgeous outdoor seating options! Eat your meals al fresco! Or perhaps simply savor a glass of wine or cup of coffee, or a few moments of peaceful conversation.

Enter the first level of your vacation home through the garage, and on the first level you will find two Queen En Suite bedrooms. On the second level, in true Outer Banks fashion, is the cavernous living area which flows right into the dining area and kitchen. A warm, pretty gathering space, the family will all savor hanging out together over a meal, morning coffee, or a fun movie nighttime in the open great room!

Sit out on the balcony in one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs and enjoy discussing the day's fun and the evening's plans!

Every member of the family can find something to enjoy here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1.1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the striking Kill Devil Hills beaches.

Mermaid Manor is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
