Welcome to HI- C Beach Cottage– Appreciate a taste of heaven with a stay at this charmingly refreshed coastal home with ocean vistas. This is the ideal home to accommodate multi-generational families and only a 4-min walk to the beach. This home was updated in Spring 2022 and offers 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 full baths and 1 half bath.

The space-
When arriving you have parking for 4 cars right in front of the home. You can appreciate the outdoor seating under the home and 6-person hot tub. There is a storage area which is outfitted with beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, sand toys, washer and dryer. Don’t miss the fabulous outdoor shower. We provide all linens including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. 4 beach towels will be included.

The 1st level features 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with Full size bunk beds. The Jack and Jill bathroom connects 2 king bedrooms . Both of these bedrooms lead out to a deck with great vistas of the ocean on the Adirondack chairs and bench. The remaining 1 king bedroom connects the kids bunk room by another Jack and Jill bathroom. This bathroom features an upsized bathtub with jets ideal for the kids to savor or just to relax in after a long day at the beach. All bedrooms are equipped with their own Intelligent TVs.

The top level opens to a great room where families can enjoy long evenings of seafood feasts and swapping stories, thanks to an broad great room with cathedral ceilings, plenty of room to move, and 50 inch Intelligent TV. There's a comfortable living area and 8 person dining area with ample seating for multiple guests, a boastful open concept kitchen with a 3 bar-stool breakfast bar for casual meals. Step-outside to the sun deck enjoy the vistas of the ocean and fresh breeze which features outdoor dining with seating for 4 plus a bench.

Guests can access the home through keypad access. Code will be sent the morning of check in.
