Incredibly cavernous and centrally located this home is a great choice for multi-generational vacations or a hideaway with your favorite couples. There are plenty of places to read, watch tv, savor conversations or relax with the ocean vistas. Bedrooms are ensuite and roomy. An unassuming home to make memories or appreciate some solitude with your group. Totally supplied kitchen including Keurig (and traditional coffee maker), Shark blender and Kitchen-Aid mixer. The home was thoughtfully designed to provide a straight shot beach walkway with only a few up and down steps (see photos) to the beach.

A Big Catch's prime beachfront location provides fast access to a variety of local historic sites, shopping, dining, recreational and entertainment options. If this is your first trip to the Outer Banks, we think you'll find this home a splendid start to your adventure!

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in Kill Devil Hills. To get the best value, try shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance.
