Conveniently Located Within Simple Walking Distance of Area Shopping, Dining, & Public Beach Access is only 1 1/2 Blocks to the Beach. This home has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a modest private pool (great for young kids), 6 people hot tub, a game room! Great space for 2 families. 4 floors of living space so you can spread out when you want to! Also included is a cargo elevator outsider! You can now load up to 400lbs of groceries and suitcases and the elevator will stop at every balcony for simple loading and offloading! (THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PEOPLE)

Great home for an active family with a private swimming pool (Pool May 15th - September 30th. 6 person hot tub (hot tub open all year) Conveniences include 6 TV's, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, central air & heat, ceiling fans, grille, open deck w/deck furnishings, and outside shower.

Linens and beach towels are supplied. Beach towels can be added for an additional cost.
House is equipped with the following standard amenities: A/C & Heat (unless otherwise noted), TV, internet service, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, service dishes, dishes, silverware, can opener, assorted glassware, furnishings, appliances, brooms, and vacuums. Houses should have bedspreads and pillows. Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own. You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an fun vacation. All TV's have streaming capabilities. You cannot rearrange furnishings or take furnishings to the beach. Our company shall not be responsible for changes to equipment, amenities or furnishings made by owner without our knowledge.
