Great home for an active family with a private swimming pool (Pool May 15th - September 30th. 6 person hot tub (hot tub open all year) Conveniences include 6 TV's, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, central air & heat, ceiling fans, grille, open deck w/deck furnishings, and outside shower.
Linens and beach towels are supplied. Beach towels can be added for an additional cost.
House is equipped with the following standard amenities: A/C & Heat (unless otherwise noted), T.V., internet service, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, service dishes, dishes, silverware, can opener, assorted glassware, furnishings, appliances, brooms, and vacuums. Houses should have bedspreads and pillows. Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own. You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an delightful vacation. All TV's have streaming capabilities. You cannot rearrange furnishings or take furnishings to the beach. Our company shall not be responsible for changes to equipment, amenities or furnishings made by owner without our knowledge.
