Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this pet-friendly, three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is ideal for long or short stays! For Shore offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best bars, eateries, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!

For Shore accepts for amazing sunset viewing and a chilled-out vacation. Cook up something hot on the gas grille, soak in the hot tub, and relax in the shade on one of the many porches. The first level has a enchanting den with a flat-screen TV and a garage where you can keep your beach gear and have it ready for the next day. Head upstairs to the second level to find the open floor concept with a comfortable living area, a full modern kitchen with bar seating, a dining area for the whole group, and a half bathroom for convenience. One more level up and you will find two bedrooms - both En Suites! One is a King and one is a Queen. Then, go up one more level to find another En Suite; this time with two Queen Beds! Luxury accommodations that your group will adore for sure.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this amazing resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Make sure to discover the area and close by attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and simple day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

For Shore is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
