Welcome to Tucker’s Sea Ranch! In the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Tucker’s Sea Ranch is our three- bedroom, two-bathroom, pup-friendly ranch style home with giant fenced in backyard, HOT TUB, game room and dedicated office space. Ideal for families traveling or working remotely with their dog!
With just two steps into the home, this one-level, 1400 sq ft home is ideal for simple in and out. Surrounded by handsome live oak trees, on a peaceful cul de sac, our home is private and calming.

We created Tucker’s Treehouse and now Tucker's Sea Ranch because we were disappointed in the options available when traveling with our dog. Either the homes were bare of furnishings or dirty with dog hair. You will not find that here at Tucker’s Sea Ranch. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and providing a great vacation home that has what you need and some extras too!
The home is a ranch style (all one level) with a front porch and back deck and is in a peaceful striking residential neighborhood halfway between the Sound (west side), and the beach. There is a beach access with parking on 1st Street, which is the street our home is one turn off of. About a 5 min. walk to the beach or 1 min. by bicycle. The home is ideal for families or couples traveling with their dog looking for a place to relax, close to eateries and shopping.
Just a few steps on to the front porch and you'll enter through a door with a keypad lock for painless access (no key to lose). Once inside you’ll enter into an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room in front of you. All of the furnishings is leather and the kitchen is very well appointed with All Clad cookware and nearly anything you would need to prepare and serve for six guests. The living room has a intelligent TV (no cable) and beneath it, an electric fireplace. We provide WiFi, at the fastest speed available in the outer banks.
There are three bedrooms, with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed with pull out twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom. The third bedroom as a 55" desk with two monitors supplied. The beds have high-quality percale cotton sheets as well as quilts. There are additional blankets and pillows in each closet. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The hallway bathroom has a full tub/shower and the master bathroom is ensuite with a stall type shower. The towels are high-quality cotton, and there are six bath and six washcloths included. We also provide beach towels for each guest.
For pup, there are huge, elevated food bowls, dog towels, treats (of course!) and a sizable crate with crate pad. The yard is completely fenced with a 6 foot fence and the back door has a XL dog door. We allow one well behaved dog but will consider a second with additional cleaning fee of $50.
For little ones, we have a pack and play at the home or a full crib available upon request. The enormous outdoor shed has a ping-pong table, Corn-hole game set and other assorted toys/games. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well as beach chairs and a cooler. Happy to answer any questions you have, and we look forward to hosting you.
