Welcome to Coral Cove at Cambridge Reserve by KEES Vacations!


Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom semi-soundfront condo is fantastic! Great for long or short stays, Coral Cove offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all things Outer Banks!

Located in the middle of the vibrant colors of Cambridge Reserve, Coral Cove will provide a feeling of relaxation the min. you walk in the door. On the second level, the hushed tones of the living room as well as the modern kitchen and dining area will be a crowd-pleaser. Grab a seat at the bar on one of the bar stools to chat with the chef of the group while they prepare the morning breakfast. For convenience, there is a half bathroom on this level as well. Outside the living area is a covered deck with a table and chairs to savor the breezy air of the Outer Banks.

The group will have to decide between one of the two King En Suites or the En Suite with two Queen Beds on the third level.

There's more fun to be had on the first level. Here you will find a comfortable den with sitting areas and a TV. The patio off the back of this level includes an outdoor sitting area and a gas grille. End your evening with a nighttime in the hot tub under the relaxing sky.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this amazing resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Coral Cove is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Nearby area attractions include the Wright Brothers Monument, the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park and day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
