The single-level, open living area is ideal for group gathering with wireless internet, a sizable intelligent TV, and a selection of books and classic board game titles. A comfortable sun room features another flatscreen TV and slider access to a balcony. The full kitchen is well-equipped to handle group and family-style cooking with an island breakfast bar offering seating for four. Full meals can be appreciated at the six-seater dining table. Spread out and soak up some rays on the broad deck and head up to the crow's nest for elegant ocean vistas. Two full bathrooms are shared among the household. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom.
