It's very close to a user-friendly beach access ( a short 2 block walk) , #2. its located between the by-pass and the beach road which provides a peaceful safe street for kids and walking animals, modest talk with neighbors, and cycling or walking. #3. Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt golf on the outer banks, and a new town splash pad park for kids a short distance away! #5. The acclaimed Goombay's Restaurant is a short 7-min. walk from front door to front door!! #6. This bungalow also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass! H2OBX Waterpark is 13.5 miles away (Oh what fun!!)
