The top level open floor plan and living area is filled with sunlight and sound vistas, complete with a enormous flat screen TV, a desk for remote working or learning, and even a constructed-in dog crate! Fresh, filtered tap water is available via a dedicated faucet at the kitchen sink, as well as through the refrigerator tap water and icemaking system. Steam crabs caught right off the dock, and savor dinner with a view in the dining area with seating for 8. Just a short 10-15 min. drive down Colington Road is the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access, the main location for Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue, offering handicapped beach access, public parking, and bathrooms.
