Break Time is a Bermuda Bay Dream Vacation Destination! This handsome, professionally decorated townhome is entirely furnished with every convenience. This family-friendly beach condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen, bistro table, eat-on bar, dining area, living room, fireplace, complimentary WiFi, and cable TV in every bedroom. There are multiple decks to relax, and a charcoal grille to barbeque and savor outdoor dining. This immaculate property sleeps 7 with one King bed, one Queen bed, and fun bunk beds with a lower full size bed and a twin up top with a pull out twin trundle bed. We provide clean sheets and towels for your convenience and comfort. The upper level is a enormous guest suite with a bunkbed and pull out trundle, and a play area with a foosball table. The lower level garage has been modernized into a great entertaining area with a TV, Nintendo wii, dartboard, a full-sized table and lounge furnishings, and plenty of space to play various games. There is a parking space in front of the garage and an additional reserved parking space.
This home consists of four levels. Ground floor garage and entrance, second floor consists of the master king bedroom and bath, Queen bedroom and bath, and laundry. The kitchen, dining, living room and half bath are located on the third level, and the forth floor hosts the bunk room and a full bath. This delightful townhome is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Break Time (formerly known as PB&J) offers a fun community swimming pool (a mini waterpark with lazy river, splash pools and waterslide), clubhouse with lounge, pool table, entertainment area, and exercise center... or load the beach wagon with our beach chairs, and cooler and appreciate the beach access that provides a fully equipped bath home with on-site showers, restroom facilities, and plenty of parking. Biking / Walking distance is just under1 mile to the ocean, and if you choose to drive, there is ample complimentary parking! If you are interested in bicycle units, Ocean Atlantic Units will deliver bicycles for your stay as well as other beach equipment. There are multiple must see attractions close by. Be sure to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, which is within walking distance, Jockey's Ridge State Park (The world's biggest living sand dune), The Corolla Wild Horses, The Lost Colony, take the ferry over to Ocracoke Island, and visit our striking lighthouses. A day of food and shopping in Downtown Waterfront Manteo or Duck is always a treat! Grocery stores, shopping, eateries and entertainment are all very close by. We provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, liquid dish detergent, a trash bag, and a dishwasher tab to get you started. As for linens, you will be included with clean sheets, a bath towel and wash cloth per guests. You will find hand towels in bathrooms as well. We do not provide beach towels. We would LOVE to welcome you as our guests! Check-in starts at 4pm. Check out is at 9:30 am. The housekeeper will arrive no later than 10 am on check-out day. Early check-in and late check-out are typically not available during the summer season. We will send you the door access code the day of check-in.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is on the beach.
