New 2 bedroom/2 bath beach home just steps from the sound and only a few blocks from Atlantic Ocean! Cozy home with beach style in a peaceful family friendly neighborhood.
Unwind and stretch out on the huge sectional in front of 70" big screens. Bay Drive bicycle/running path is a elegant way to start the morning or appreciate striking sunsets over the water. Beach cruisers available for your use! Outdoor shower when you get back from the beach.
The space
Generous open floor plan which is great for socializing or stretching out to watch a movie or take a nap after a day in the sun. 70" big screen. Plenty of seating. Island kitchen seating. All new appliances. Front and back decks upstairs. Both bedrooms have intelligent TVs also. All Intelligent TVs.
Guest access
House is a back lot off the street. Long driveway. Two handsome live oaks in front of the home. One oak has branches overhanging the driveway. Clearance is fine for private cars. Guest have access to the whole home. Unique code access for each stay included upon arrival.
