- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
- On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
