Welcome to OBX Life IV! This home will check all the boxes off everybody's want list when thinking about there OBX vacation needs! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This enormous home has 3 roomy floors, with 1 master bedroom suite on the top floor, you can watch the sunrise over the ocean with out even getting out of bed!! 2 kings, 1 queen master bedrooms, and a open area twin bunk bed with bathroom on the second floor, and 1 queen bedroom, a 2 twin bunkbed sets that share a full bathroom on the bottom floor. Total of 6 bedrooms and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Wait, is three floors too much to climb or carry all your groceries? Well, we have an ELEVATOR that stops on all three floors so unloading is a breeze! Unwind in your private pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower. Just a few steps away to the downstairs mini kitchen with ice maker and wet bar. Oceanview's from the many decks, screened-in porch, and 2nd-floor master bedrooms and upstairs master bedroom suite. Put your toes in the sand it is only a 300-foot walk to the lifeguarded beach access. Two sets of washer and dryers located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The downstairs game room has a mini kitchen, with additional refrigerator, microwave, foosball table, and Roku TV. Every room has TV's, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and pool area. The main gathering area on the top floor is cavernous and has, decks on both sides, and a sizable kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal.
