Welcome to OBX Life IV! Thinking about your OBX Vacation? This home will check off all the boxes on everybody's want list! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this enormous home has 3 cavernous floors: 1 Upper level features master bedroom with ensuite, screened balcony, and sunrise ocean vistas! Mid level features two king rooms with private baths, one queen room with private bath, and an open area twin bunk bed with a half-bath. Lower level features a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall. Total of 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Wait, is three floors too much to climb or carry all your groceries? Well, we have an ELEVATOR that stops on all three floors so unloading is a breeze! Unwind in your private pool and hot tub, and appreciate the outdoor shower! The lower level features a game room with mini kitchen--microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and wet bar. Ocean vistas from the many decks, screened-in porch, and 2nd-floor master bedrooms and upstairs master bedroom suite. Put your toes in the sand it is only a 300-foot walk to the lifeguarded beach access. Two sets of washers and dryers located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The downstairs game room is ideal for the kids and adults alike with a foosball table and Roku TV. Every room has TV's, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and pool area. The main gathering area on the top floor is roomy and has, decks on both sides, and a huge kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal.
