Lake Drive Public Beach Access, only 0.2 miles away, or a 1-min. drive to the Eighth Street Public Beach Access, only 0.4 miles away!
As you enter through the ground level, your eyes will surely widen at first sight of the rec room. This room comes equipped with a enormous, mounted HDTV, wet bar, and a pool table with a pretty beige felt top. There's also a sizable, wooden checkers game in another room of the home. The ground level also holds a master queen with an en suite bathroom. Outback you'll find the huge saltwater pool, hot tub, and plenty of deck space for kicking back with the ones you adore.
Venture to the mid-level and you'll find three other bedrooms. A master queen comes with an ensuite bathroom. There's an additional master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well. The last bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (single over double bed) as well as an additional double bed and has a close by hall bath. Kick your feet up on the mid-level deck with swinging chairs or on the screened-in mid-level porch! Plus, all three mid-level bedrooms have private deck access!
