Welcome to Summer Lovin! Discover the beauty of Kill Devil Hills from this 3-bedroom townhome. This striking property features 3 floors of living space, sleeping for 7 with 3 full beds, 1 twin bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms w/ ensuite baths, both with their own private patios and balconies.

Appreciate amenities like WiFi, AC, 3 decks, in-suite laundry, resort pool for the whole family with splash pad, shallows, lazy river, water slide, and club home with a exercise room. Kids can relax in the 3rd bedroom/loft with another futon for additional sleeping space. If that's not enough, the garage has been converted to the ultimate game room with arcade games, streaming TV w/ Xbox and games, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey! Beach access within a mile, close to eateries, entertainment, Wright Brothers Memorial, sounds access, and all things OBX.

Owning a beach home was always our dream and this 2nd home is really our happy place. We purchased this home and started to make it our own in June of 2024.

While we have started making updates, we also have plans to add more upgrades as we are able. We have added our own creature conveniences that we want when we visit and make this feel like our home away from home.

As renters on vacations in our past, we would miss these creature amenities like a Kuerig, beach chairs, body boards, skim board, and umbrellas for your use. Coming soon - family bicycles, a charging station, and Alexa. We leave these here for you to use just as we use when we are visiting and hope you savor the convenience.

We appreciate that you take care of these amenities while you visit and leave them in good working condition for the next guests.

We do not provide linens linens and towels at this time. We leave this for the comfort of guests to bring their own linens, sheets, and towels. Comforters, pillows, and additional blankets are here for your convenience. We are looking at adding towel and linen services soon.

Internet service is available and wifi password is posted. We have Xumo streaming in the living room and one 2nd floor master bedroom. Bring your fire stick or other streaming device for the other master if you prefer. Loft area has TV connected to Xbox for streaming w/ games available, and garage game room has TV streaming available for your apps as well.

Updates coming late August = Alexa Pops for kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms, dressers for bedrooms, patio furnishings for 2nd floor back bedroom patio, and more.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach.
