Stay on the Pamlico sound (bay), but also just mins. to the Ocean w/ complimentary parking, showers, bathrooms and Lifeguard.
Pool, additional exercise room and club home just 5 homes down the street.

Due to HOA regulations we require a 4 week minimum stay.
As such, we are happy to CUSTOMIZE this property and furnishings to suit your needs.

Very rare for the East Coast is a western facing view over water. This makes for SPECTACULAR sunsets over the Albemarle and Pamlico sounds year-round!

Walk barefoot on the lush backyard grass or down onto the PRIVATE sandy beach

-Church at the front of community has basketball court (indoor and outdoor) as well as kids playground and fishing pond.

-Modest events OK. Larger events can book clubhouse for nominal cleaning fee.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Destination Fun and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf. Traveling with kids? Consider Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop, or check out an event or a game at Full Throttle Speedway. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summer months are high season in the Kill Devil Hills area. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
