The Bermuda Bay Community offers a unique aesthetic, with coloresque townhomes, unique architecture, tropical landscaping, interwinding waterways, a clubhouse with exercise center and social area, and a private community water park that offers a lazy river, kids shallow play area with water-spraying palms and aquatic figures, waterslide area, cabana section, and more!

As for BB308A, "Just Peachy," the townhome offers an marvelous 4 levels with open vistas and natural lighting throughout.  The main entry of the unit greets renters to the great room, offering a completely outfitted kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.  The cavernous dining and living areas provide ample seating for gatherings with the family and there is also a half bathroom conveniently located on this level.  The living area then provides sliding door access to the back covered deck area with seating and ambient lighting.
