A pretty beach home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furnishings in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with complimentary public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bicycle path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ and outdoor shower.
The space
We have 2 bedrooms. A king size bedroom and a queen size bedroom that also has an additional pop up couch in the living room. All beds and furnishings are brand new! We have a gorgeous tropical bathroom with a tub and shower. Full kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a nice meal. Washer and dryer available in the bottom level with soap supplied. A fenced back yard and a secure upper deck with locked gates.
The upper deck and the back yard are joined together with a gate on the upper deck that you can leave opened so your pet can savor the deck and walk down the stairs to the fenced back yard. Very rather street with a full driveway that has room to bring your boat. Free launch and boat ramp located 1/2 mile on the sound. The grocery store is just around the corner with many local eateries and cool stores close by.
Guest access
Plenty of parking for up to 2 cars and room for your boat if you don't bring that many cars. You can walk to the beach, the sound, Food Lion, Publix, and numerous eateries.
We allow up to 2 family pets. First pet is $50 and the 2nd pet is $50. Please message us with details of your pet and their behavior once you book. Thank you!!!
The bottom level of the home is occupied by a very good friend of ours. She is very nice and peaceful. She is gone most of the time working. She has a complete separate entrance and does not use the upper level in any way and does not use the back yard. Therefore, the rental of the home, the yard, and the deck is completely accessible to you only as the Vacation Rental By Owner guests.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park.
