Our home was constructed in the 50's and we've kept the appeal with some modern touches.
Two blocks from Avalon Pier and the ocean.
Three bedroom, one bath home with open living space.
The front room has a queen memory foam bed, dresser, closet with hangers and a suitcase stand and a intelligent tv.
Middle room has two twin memory foam beds, nighttime stand in the middle and a closet with hangers.
The back room has a queen memory foam bed, dresser, closet with hangers and a suitcase stand and a intelligent tv.
One full bathroom inside with all the necessities
Outside shower and washer/dryer access in the back yard.
Screened in front porch with ac unit, fan and functioning windows for that ideal salt breeze.
Savor our Nags Head hammock on the front porch.
Our home is 2 blocks from the beach, so no need to drive anywhere to appreciate the beauties of the OBX.
Target, food lion, movie theater and some stores all less than 1 mile away.
