Appreciate sound front vistas and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay! This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck and private living space. Recently constructed in 2017. There is a outside shower available to guests, additional pullout couch, and covered parking underneath our home. Guests have complimentary access to bicycles, beach chairs, and kayaks off the dock.
Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. 3 min. drive to complimentary public beach accesses (1 mile), Publix is 1/2 mile away, multiple eateries within a mile, and this is a marvelous neighborhood for cycling. There is a sound front boardwalk to bicycle down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 min. bicycle away, and many of our favorite eateries are cycling distance from our home.
Avalon Pier, Brewing Station, beach road bars, and Publix all within 2 miles.
