See, smell, and hear the ocean appreciating sunrise in the morning or evening drinks on the porch at this semi-oceanfront beach home in Kill Devil Hills! As close as you can get to oceanfront without being on the ocean, the only thing between you and the beach will be the "Beach Road" and the dune in front of the home. Appreciate direct beach access via the semi-private path over the dunes. And, in season, there is a lifeguard stand less than 50 yards away at the Helga Street beach access.
The space
Unwind and savor the beach at this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-oceanfront bungalow near milepost 5 on the beach road in Kill Devil Hills. There are no oceanfront homes directly in front of the bungalow, so your vistas are only obstructed by sea grass and dunes on the oceanfront. In addition, we have a semi-private walkover path on the dune in front of the home for direct beach access. (You do have to cross the 2 lane "Beach Road" to get to the path.) We are just 50 yards from the Helga Street beach access, so in season, you'll have the additional tranquility of mind from the attended life guard stand located there.
